The former president of South Africa and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Nelson Mandela, passed away on Thursday, December 5th, 2013. During his long and fruitful life, Mandela inspired countless individuals and served as one of the greatest change agents in our lifetime.

I love positive, motivating, uplifting quotes, so I think it's fitting I share with you, in honor and celebration of his great life this collection of quotes that personify his spirit:

1. Perseverance Through Difficulty

Difficulties break some men but make others. No axe is sharp enough to cut the soul of a sinner who keeps on trying, one armed with the hope that he will rise even in the end.

2. Impossibility

It always seems impossible until it's done.

3. Retrospect On Life

If I had my time over I would do the same again. So would any man who dares call himself a man.

4. Independent Thinking

I like friends who have independent minds because they tend to make you see problems from all angles.

5. Sacrifice

Real leaders must be ready to sacrifice all for the freedom of their people.

6. Love & Care For Others

A fundamental concern for others in our individual and community lives would go a long way in making the world the better place we so passionately dreamt of.

7. Life Circumstances

Everyone can rise above their circumstances and achieve success if they are dedicated to and passionate about what they do.

8. Value of Education

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

9. Courage

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

10. Freedom - Love & Respect Others

For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.

11. Resentment

Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.

12. Leadership

Lead from the back — and let others believe they are in front.

13. Success & Failure

Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.

14. Discrimination

I hate race discrimination most intensely and in all its manifestations. I have fought it all during my life; I fight it now, and will do so until the end of my days.

15. Wisdom

A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination.

With Thanksgiving officially over now, we all completely turn our attention to the various religious holidays in December, namely Christmas! What better way to kick off this holiday season than with a visually mesmerizing and musically amazing production featuring The Piano Guys? (That's a rhetorical question, there is no better way!)

Watch this Christmas cover of "Angels We Have Heard on High," performed by Paul Anderson, Jon Schmidt, Al van der Beek and Steven Sharp Nelson, on one single piano to get the festive Christmas spirit going in you!

Do you love the song "Royals" by Lorde? Happen to have a passion for college a cappella a la the movie "Pitch Perfect"?

If so, your ears will be happy when you hear this whimsical and fun version by the AcaBelles from Florida State University.

The unique take on the smash hit song by the all-female, college a cappella group was performed recently at The Vocal Company's acappellaEd program in Orlando, Fla., and has definitely earned the highest marks from all of us here.

And kudos specifically go to the young lady in the middle who sings the solo, because she is BRINGING THE HEAT! She really gets involved in her part as the song goes on. By the end, you'll be completely convinced that she could beat you in a sing-off, walk-off, dance-off, and anything else-off.

Watch and see for yourself. Like and Share to help lighten someone else's day!

This guy not only has some saaweeet dance moves...but his story is very inspiring also.

Apparently, he was NOT a dancer just one year ago. He saw a similar video on YouTube of another dancer (YouTube user named TakeSomeCrime) and was inspired to learn how to dance.

After a year, yes I said only ONE YEAR...this is what it looks like!

Now think for a moment: if this guy can go from having NO dance skills, to being able to knock your socks off with this level of dancing...

...Just what are you capable of doing if you became focused like a laser on a single goal and applied yourself every single day?

Interestingly, this is the same formula that I used to go from STRUGGLING to build my business online to creating a LIFESTYLE OF FREEDOM on the Internet, allowing my wife and I to move around from place to place for her schooling, without worrying about where I'd have income coming from, or having to find a job in the new town...because of the business I had built in 1 year's time online.

Here it is in a nutshell:

1. I was inspired by someone else who was already doing it.
2. I set a goal for myself to achieve it, too
3. I got excited that I could really do it.
4. I started watching videos every day by someone else who was doing it.
5. I modeled what they were doing and started doing it myself.
6. And 1 year after I first began, I was able to work wherever I want from my laptop, create income virtually on demand, as my wife and I move from town to town every couple months for her clinical rotations. After she's done with school, we're travelling the world!

A year is a good chunk of time.

You can do a heck of a lot in a year.

*Income Disclaimer: Obviously my results are not typical and should not be taken as a guarantee of your own results. You may earn a lot of money. You may earn a little money. If you're lazy and do nothing, you won't earn anything at all. And you won't learn to dance if you're lazy either! ;-)

Virgin America has just launched a new safety video...But this is not your typical, dry, stale, and stuffy pre-flight safety training. No no, Virgin has created a version that is set entirely to music. Richard Branson's Virgin brand always leads the way in providing customer service and memorable customer experiences, with everything they do. This is yet another example of Virgin making the effort to make something that is necessary, but typically boring, truly entertaining.

Whether you like the video or not one thing is for sure, it WILL get passengers to stop what they're doing and watch...which is the whole goal, after all!
